Materials for making Bajra Khichdi-One cup millet, half cup carrot chopped, beans half cup, peas half cup, green washed moong dal half cup, onion half cup, turmeric quarter teaspoon, one spoon salt, one spoon cumin, one spoon salt, red chili one spoon, oil one spoon

How to make Bajra Khichdi- To make Bajra Khichdi, wash and soak moong dal for half an hour. After this wash the millet and soak it in water for an hour. After this take a pressure cooker, add one spoon of oil to it. After this add cumin, chopped onion and fry it till it turns brown. Add carrots, chopped beans and peas to it. Mix well. Now add moong dal millet to it and after that add a cup of water to it. After this boil it and now add one teaspoon salt, red chili and turmeric powder to it. Now cook it and as soon as it becomes thick, add some water to it and cover the lid of the cooker. After this let it take 4 whistles. After 10 minutes, serve hot khichdi with curd.
