2- Beneficial in diabetes- Cherimoya is a good source of Vitamin B6. This helps in curing bloating and PMS. This fruit is very beneficial for diabetic patients. Potassium and magnesium are found in it which controls blood pressure. Also beneficial for high blood pressure patients. 

3- Strengthen bones- Calcium and magnesium are enough in cilantro which makes your bones strong. To meet the lack of calcium in the body and to make the bones strong, definitely eat cilantro. 

4- Immunity booster fruit- Vitamin C is also found in cilantro, which strengthens immunity. Eating cilantro in winter or in the changing season strengthens immunity. You must definitely include cilantro in the diet.
