Did you get bored after drinking routine 'teas'?  Try these teas too

'Chai' is not just a drink in our country. That's a culture.. that's an emotion. If the chai does not fall into the stomach after waking up in the morning, then it is not really white. What's good about drinking the same type of tea every day? Depending on our mood, it is very satisfying for the tongue and the mind if we prepare it by mixing various ingredients. Usually we say cardamom, ginger, pepper, biryani leaf. We keep seeing chai being made anew with all the utensils except that last biryani leaf. But, our traditional types of teas from generations… If you know how to make them, believe me, you will look forward to chai time every day!

1. Masala Chai

The taste hits the tongue right when you see it..and if you really drink it, you can return to the edges of heaven. None of these words are exaggerations for chai lovers. And how to make masala chai.. Add tea powder (Assam or Darjeeling tea leaves taste better) to boiling water, add a piece of ginger, a pinch of cardamom powder, two cloves, a piece of cinnamon and let it boil for 5 minutes, add hot milk and let it boil for a while. Add some sugar and drink it hot.

2. Kashmiri Kahwa

As we are not used to much, when we hear this name, we feel like Brahmapadhartha. But, if you know how to do it, you think it's so simple. Add tea powder (green tea leaves do justice to this 'tea') and two sprigs of saffron in boiling water (you will also have a glossy beauty like whites). Boil well and then add powdered cardamom, cinnamon and almonds. After cooking, pour hot milk and serve with a little honey for a mesmerizing new taste.

3. Ayurvedic Tea

This is a tea like infusion. There is no dhoka for the taste. Don't be afraid. This chai is a good immunity booster. Fevers and colds disappear. How to do it.. Add cumin seeds, coriander leaves, anise, ginger and basil leaves to boiling water and let it boil. Add some jaggery for a sweet taste and drink it hot.

4. Mint Tea
These leaves that are found in nature protect our health a lot. It should not be removed like curry leaves because it is mint. Mint tea..reduces allergies. Increases immunity. Reduces digestive problems. And how to make this tea, add only one mint leaves to the boiling water without adding anything else. Pour hot milk and boil it, add some sugar to taste and drink it!
