Preparation Method..

To make Dahi Kebab, first light the stove and put a pan on medium flame. do Add a tablespoon of oil to it and heat it. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies and fry a little. Then add onions and fry till the green smell goes away. Then add cumin powder, garam masala, coriander, salt and pepper powder and mix well and stop the stove. Add walnut and paneer to it and mix well. There is no point in wearing both of these. It’s fine even if you don’t wear it. Now add half a cup of bread crumbs and gram flour and mix. Make this mixture into balls of desired size. Roll these balls in bread crumbs. Make balls with the rest of the mixture and keep it on a plate. Keep them in the fridge for half an hour. If you do this, the balls will not separate.. the kebabs will be more tasty.
Now add the remaining oil in a non-stick pan and heat it. Fry these kebab balls in oil until golden. That’s it, hot Dahi Kebabs are ready. These can be tried with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
