How is the condition of the villages around the barbed wire border of Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh? For this, 82 villages in 10 districts having international borders were identified. Yuva Morcha leaders visited those villages for three days on 20, 21 and 22 January. After this, district-wise reports have been prepared. The report details how many villages in a district it has visited, who has visited and with whom it has spoken, as well as the underdeveloped areas of those areas. The boundary issues in each district have also been mentioned.

The communication system of district-wise border villages is also mentioned in the report to be sent to Delhi. The problem of cattle smuggling and encroachment has also been mentioned. It has been reported that information about drug trafficking has also been received.
