Police Constable Recruitment 2024: West Bengal Police Recruitment Board (WBPRB) started the application process for recruitment to 11749 posts of police constable from tomorrow, March 7, 2024. Candidates willing to apply for this recruitment of West Bengal Police Constable can now apply online. The last date for application registration is 5th April 2024. Whereas the date of opening of correction window in the application will be from 8th April 2024 to 14th April 2024. Application conditions and required documents:
-Candidates must have a recent (not more than 3 months old) passport size color photograph. The scanned copy of your full signature has to be uploaded in JPG format covering the entire space given in the form.
-Photograph file size should be between 10 KB to 50 KB.
-Candidates must upload the same type of photograph at each stage of the examination process.
Photograph rules: The face should be on a white background with clear contrast without being covered by anything. The head should not be covered, and the eyes should be open, visible and free from reflections or glare from glasses. Eyes should not be covered by sunglasses, goggles, glass frames or hair strands.
-Signature should match the full name of the applicant as any mismatch may lead to cancellation of the application. Signature file size should be within 5 KB – 20 KB.
-Each applicant must have an individual mobile number and e-mail ID. Mobile number and email ID. There should be no change in the entire recruitment process as candidates will get OTP on the registered mobile number and e-mail ID during various stages.
-Before submission, candidates must double check the information entered on the application form (including their photograph and signature) before proceeding with the online payment.
-Candidates are advised to take a printout of the application form, keep it safe and save the registration number for future need.
