UPPSC Recruitment 2023: Three big recruitment soon, fill OTR in time

UPPSC Recruitment 2023: Competitive students are going to get a big gift soon from the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission. The Commission has completed the preparation for the Combined State Agriculture Service Examination, Additional Private Secretary (APS) and Review Officer (RO)/Assistant Review Officer (ARO) exam and the applications for these vacancies will start soon. Controller of Examinations Ajay Kumar Tiwari has advised the candidates to obtain the OTR number by doing OTR (One Time Registration – Single Occasional Registration) before the advertisements, so that they are not deprived of the online application.

Earlier, the advertisement for APS recruitment came in 2013, but due to controversy, it was decided to cancel the exam and conduct a re-examination. It is a different matter that the re-examination could not be done till now. Recruitment did not come for a long time due to amendment of rules. However, with the passing of the amended Private Secretary Service Rules-2023, the dispute of equivalent qualification has also been resolved. Considering the post of APS as Group ‘B’ gazetted, the requirement of triplex computer certificate from NIELIT has been kept. At present, the commission has received the requisition of more than 300 vacant posts.

Whereas the recruitment of RO/ARO is going to come after 2021. Before that this recruitment came in 2017. Recruitment came in 2020 for 564 posts of Agriculture Service. Prior to that, the posts of Agriculture Service were recruited along with PCS.
