UPP UP Police Vacancy: The application link for UP Police SI ASI Recruitment and Computer Operator Programmer Recruitment has opened. Candidates can apply for both these recruitments by visiting the website of Uttar Pradesh Police Police Recruitment and Promotion Board uppbpb.gov.in or by clicking on the direct link given below. While there are 921 posts of SI (Confidential), ASI (Clerk) and ASI (Accounts) in UP Police, there are 985 posts of Computer Operator Grade-A and Programmer Grade-2. There are 55 posts of Programmer Grade-2 and 930 posts of Computer Operator Grade-A. Among the 921 vacancies of SI, ASI, there are 268 posts of UP Police SI (Confidential), 449 posts of ASI Clerk, 204 posts of ASI Accountant.
Ability
The age of the candidates recruited for the posts of Computer Operator Grade-A should be more than 18 years and less than 28 years. Educational qualification has been prescribed as Intermediate with Physics and Mathematics subjects and passing “O” level examination in Computer.
For the post of Computer Programmer, age should be above 21 years and below 30 years. The educational qualification has been prescribed as graduation and passing of “A” level examination in computer.

– Keep in mind that the EWS certificate should be for the financial year 2023-24 i.e. it should be after April 1, 2023.
– How to upload photos
Your photo and signature will have to be uploaded separately in the application form. Size of color photo should be between 20 KB to 50 KB, size should be 35 mm (1.4 inches) * 45 mm (1.75 inches). The face should occupy 70 percent of the photo. The photo should not be more than six months old. There should be white and light colored background. Eyes should be clearly visible while wearing glasses. The glass should not be colored. Cap and muffler should not have photographs.

The size of the signature photo will be from 5 KB to 20 KB. Make this complete signature in black ink on a 3.5 cm wide and 1.5 cm long piece of paper, scan it and upload it in JPEG, JPG, JPE format.

– How to upload documents from DigiLocker
This time the initial verification of documents will be done through DigiLocker. While filling the form, candidates will have to scan and upload only those documents which are not available on DigiLocker. Many documents including educational ones are already uploaded on DigiLocker. Candidates who do not have a login password on DigiLocker should create it. Candidates will have to upload the documents like educational, reservation related, age relaxation related and all other certificates attached with their application form, which are available on DigiLocker, through DigiLocker only. Scan and upload the documents which are not on DigiLocker. By doing this, the UP Police form will be linked to your DigiLocker account.
