UP Police: Last date of recruitment application for computer operator and programmer posts is near, apply soon

UP Police Recruitment 2023: Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, Lucknow has neared the last date for recruitment applications for 930 posts of Computer Operator Grade-A and 55 posts of Programmer in UP Police. Interested candidates can apply online for this recruitment of UP Police by 28 January 2024. The notification was issued on December 29 on the official website of UP Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, uppbpb.gov.in. The online application process for this recruitment of UP Police has started from 7 January 2024. The last date of application for the post of UP Police Computer Operator is 28 January 2024 and the last date for recruitment for the post of Programmer is also 28 January 2024. Candidates are advised to view the detailed recruitment advertisement before applying by visiting the notice section on the UPPPPB website.

Computer Operator Pay Scale – Pay Band – 5200 – 20200, Grade Pay Rs. 2400. According to the 7th Pay Commission, the pay matrix will be Rs 25500 – 81100.

Programmer Grade-2 Vacancies – 55

Programmer Grade-2 Pay Scale – Rs 9300 -34800. Grade pay Rs 4600.

Computer Operator Application Qualification – It is necessary to have passed Intermediate (Class 12) examination with Physics and Mathematics subjects from a recognized board. Along with this, one should have O level computer certificate from a DOEC institution recognized by the Government of India. Whereas for Programmer Grade-2, the candidate should have graduation or equivalent qualification. Also, one must have passed A-label exam in computer from a DOEC institute.

Computer Operator Age Limit – 18 to 28 years. Whereas candidates between 21 to 30 years can apply for the post of programmer.
