UP Anganwadi Recruitment: The Uttar Pradesh government has announced the UP Anganwadi Recruitment 2024, opening more than 23,000 vacancies spread across various districts of the state. According to the official notification, the recruitment is targeted at districts like Agra, Aligarh, Azamgarh, Banda, Ballia, Basti, Chitrakoot, Deoria, Etah, Fatehpur, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Gorakhpur, Hapur, Jhansi, Lucknow, Meerut, Prayagraj, Saharanpur, Shamli. A total of 23,753 posts will be filled.
Know the age limit
For UP Anganwadi Recruitment, the minimum age limit of female applicants should be 18 years and maximum age limit should be 35 years. Let us tell you, till January 1, 2024, the upper age limit should not exceed 35 years. Apart from this, age relaxation will be provided to female candidates of reserved category.

Who can apply
On the basis of educational qualification, female candidates with minimum qualification of class 5th can apply for the post of worker or helper, while for the post of supervisor, it is necessary to pass class 12th. Also, the candidates applying for the job must be a resident of the respective village/ward/nyay panchayat from where they are applying for the job.
How will the selection be done?
According to the notification, the selection process for Anganwadi posts includes three main stages. They are- Merit List Stage. Which will be prepared on the basis of class 12th examination marks. The second stage includes documents verification round. Then all the shortlisted candidates will be cross-verified with their documents. Finally medical test will be conducted.
