Rajasthan Public Service Commission has made many reforms regarding direct recruitment and conduct of examinations. These decisions will be implemented from advertisement number Librarian Grade-II Competitive Examination-2024. Commission Secretary said that efforts are being made by the Commission to make the process from application to selection qualitative and quick. Along with this, to face the upcoming challenges, corrective decisions and innovations are being continuously reviewed and implemented. It has been said that if any other recruitment institute is banned from future examinations etc. for use of unfair means or inappropriate indecent behavior in any examination, then such candidate will also be banned by the said recruitment institutes in the examinations conducted by the Commission. Will be considered ineligible for the prescribed period.

1. Only those who are eligible should apply otherwise they will be banned

Candidates should apply online only if they have the desired educational qualification (educational qualification, experience and age etc.). Applying on the basis of false and incorrect information and not withdrawing the post despite not having the eligibility criteria for the advertised post is a punishable offense under Section 182 of the Indian Penal Code. In such a case, if the candidate is found ineligible during counselling, eligibility test and interview, he will be banned from the recruitment examinations for the next one year and legal action can also be taken.

2. OTP

In addition to the general details, if the candidate has entered the educational qualification and experience in the online application form, an OTP will be sent to the candidate's registered mobile number to confirm it. Only after confirmation through this, the remaining details of the online application can be entered. After filling all the details of the online application form, OTP will be sent to the candidate again for confirmation. The application form will be considered received only after the application number is generated upon confirmation.

3. Application number will be required on applying online. In its absence, mere preview of the application form will not be considered as submission of application.

4. These details can be corrected

The option for online edit will be opened for 7 days 60 days before the examination date first announced by the Commission. Under this, apart from the candidate's photo, name, father's name, date of birth and gender, other amendments can be made.

5. Option to withdraw application

The option to withdraw the application form will be available till the permitted amendment date of the online application form.

6. Decision regarding detailed application

According to the considered list issued by the Commission for various competitive examinations, detailed applications are received from the candidates after the results of the counseling program and scrutiny examinations. Some candidates do not submit detailed application forms to the Commission within the period prescribed for this. As soon as the period ends, such candidates will be given another opportunity by issuing personal notice without any delay. The date of issue of notice will also be informed through SMS on the registered mobile number of the candidate. Brief information in this regard will be published through two major newspapers. This information regarding the opportunity will also be displayed in detail on the website of the Commission along with the list of candidates. Regarding this opportunity given again, action will be taken as per rules against the candidates who do not appear even after informing through proper channels. Candidates who do not submit the detailed application form till the mentioned time will not be considered for the result considering them as not being willing for selection and waiving their rights and without considering the candidature of the candidate. Its entire responsibility will be of the candidate himself.

7. Receipt must be attached

Candidates will have to pay the detailed application fee online through the link available on the website of the Commission and attach a copy of the receipt with the detailed application form.

8. If you cheat in other recruitments then you will be banned in RPSC also.

If any candidate/examinee is banned by RPSC/UPSC or other recruitment institutes from future examinations/interviews etc. for using/using unfair means or inappropriate/indecent behavior in any recruitment/examination, then such candidate will be banned by the Commission. Will be considered ineligible to appear in the examinations/interviews to be conducted for a period determined by the said recruitment institutes.

9. Answer key fee refund

After the candidate raises objections on the answer keys issued by the Commission, if the objection is found to be correct, the objection fee will be reimbursed to the candidate.

10. Women's reservation

The benefit of reservation will be provided to the female candidates belonging to the divorced/deserted/divorced category only after submitting the decree passed by the competent court (as per the decision passed in DBSA No. 72/2022) by the last date of online application.
