RPSC: Increase in the posts of Revenue Officer Grade-2, there is also a chance to revise the RAS preliminary exam form

RPSC Recruitment 2023: Rajasthan Public Service Commission has announced to increase the number of posts of Revenue Officer Grade II on Monday. For this, corrigendum number 03/2023-24 has been issued for the revised category wise classification. Candidates can view it on the website of the candidate commission. In this, 7 posts of Revenue Officer Grade II have been increased by the Self Government Department. The Commission Secretary said that now the Commission will recruit 90 Executive Officer Class-IV, 21 Revenue Officer Grade II and 41 Assistant Engineer (Civil) for a total of 152 administrative and technical posts in the Autonomous Government Department.

It is noteworthy that the joint advertisement number 9/2022-23 for recruitment to the said posts was issued by the Commission on August 24, 2022. Under this, the examination for the posts of Revenue Officer Grade II and Executive Officer Grade IV was conducted on May 14, 2023 and for the posts of Assistant Engineer (Civil) on May 21, 2023.

Rajasthan RAS (Preliminary) Exam—2023 Form Modification Opportunity:
Rajasthan Public Service Commission has given an opportunity for amendment in Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination 2023. From 17 to 26 August 2023, all types of amendments other than the name of the candidate, father’s name, photo, date of birth and gender can be done online.

Commission Secretary said that the above examination is to be conducted on 1 October 2023. Candidates are being given an opportunity for revision for this exam. The online revision facility is just a convenience for the benefit of the candidates. Amendments will be valid only according to the eligibility conditions mentioned in the advertisement issued for the examination. The terms and conditions of the advertisement will remain the same as before. Offline corrections will not be accepted.

Candidate seeking amendment has to pay Rs. 500/- will have to be deposited. Online amendment in the concerned examination can be done by login to the apply online link available on the Commission’s online portal https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in or by selecting the recruitment portal available in the Citizen Apps by login on the SSO portal.
