Inspector's son cheated of Rs 40 lakh in the name of job in BPSC

A doctor couple has been accused of cheating the son of a female sub-inspector of Rs 40 lakh in the name of appointment in BPSC. In this regard, the victim Ritesh Kumar alias Sonu has filed a case against Dr. Dharmendra Kumar, his wife and father in Jakkanpur police station. Sonu told that his family has an old relationship with the doctor's father Braj Kishore Prasad. During the conversation itself, Brajkishore had asked Sonu's mother Asha Singh to get him passed in BPSC 68th.

He said that his son Dr. Dharmendra has a good hold there. After this Sonu and his family members fell into his trap. When the result came on May 10, 2023, Sonu's name was not there in it. The doctor said that without money your name will not appear in the results. He took guarantee of passing in BPSC 69th. Sonu was asked to give Rs 40 lakh immediately. After this, on August 23, 2023, the victim went to the doctor's house in Jakkanpur and gave Rs 40 lakh. The examination was held on 30 September the same year, but Sonu's name did not appear in the result. He understood that he was being deceived. When he asked for money from the doctor, he gave him a check of Rs 25 lakh. On depositing the cheque, it was found that there was a forged signature on it. Then the victim registered a case at Jakkanpur police station on 21 January. Dr. Dharmendra has also contested elections from Kumhrar Assembly constituency in the past. On the other hand, Jakkanpur SHO Ajit Kumar Tinku said that the matter is being investigated.

Dentist said – there is no truth in the allegations

Dentist Dr. Dharmendra Kumar said that till now I have not been informed about the case. I don't even know the person filing the case. The police should have known my side before filing the case. There is no truth in the allegations. The whole truth will come out after investigation.
