Indian Army Recruitment 2024: Indian Army has invited applications from eligible and interested candidates for Short Service Commission Course 2024. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the Indian Army website joinindianarmy.nic.in. In this recruitment drive of the Indian Army, eligible candidates are to be selected for a total of 381 posts. Vacancy details:
SSC (Tech) Men – 350 Posts
SSC (Tech) Female – 29 Posts
For widows of defense employees – 2 posts
Application Qualification:
SSC (Tech): Candidates who have done engineering degree course in relevant subject or stream or are in the final year of engineering will be considered eligible to apply. Students studying in the final year of engineering will have to submit marksheets of all semesters and engineering degree as proof of passing the engineering degree by October 1, 2024. Whereas widows of martyrs are required to have a graduate degree in any discipline (No Tech).
Age Limit – 20 to 27 years. Age will be calculated as on 1st October 2024. Candidates must have been born between 2 October 1997 and 1 October 2004. Maximum 35 years for widows of martyrs.
Training :
The training of the candidates selected for Army SSC Course 2024 will be done at Officers Training Academy, Chennai. This training will be of 49 weeks.
