IIT Kanpur: 485 students got good salary job offers on the first day of campus placement.

Campus Placement 2023: The annual fair of campus placement has started in IIT. More than three hundred and fifty companies are selecting meritorious students here. On the first day of this placement drive 2023 of the Indian Institute of Technology, 485 students were given good salary job offers. IIT said that this time, on the first day of placement, 485 students got their favorite jobs in Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs).

Specifically, 216 students overcame traditional hiring methods and received job offers from national and international companies. Apart from this, 12 students received international job offers with big packages.

Microsoft, Navi, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm and Deutsche Bank were among the companies that selected students on the first day of the ongoing placement drive at IIT Kanpur.

Speaking on the occasion of the first day, Professor S Ganesan of the institute said that the institute is very proud of its commitment to successfully provide high-quality education and career opportunities to its students. As we grow, IIT Kanpur remains dedicated to providing its students with excellent nurturing and an environment to excel in their chosen fields. He congratulated all the students who have received job offers from the institute and wished all the best to the students participating in placements in the coming days.
