IDBI Recruitment: 500 vacancies of Junior Assistant Manager, 3 lakh course and 3 years compulsory job for graduate, read special things

IDBI Vacancy 2024: IDBI Bank (Industrial Development Bank of India) has invited applications for 500 posts of Junior Assistant Manager Grade O. The online application process will start on February 12 at www.idbibank.in. Last date of application is 26 February 2024. Assistant Manager Recruitment Examination will be conducted on 17th March. Candidates selected in the examination will first have to do one year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance course (PGDBF). The course fee will be Rs 3 lakh. This course includes 6 months of classes, 2 months of internship and 4 months of on-the-job training. Only after successful completion of the course, one will be appointed to the post of Junior Assistant Manager in IDBI. In IDBI recruitment, it will be mandatory to serve for three years, for this a bond of Rs 2 lakh will be required.

Age Range – Age should be between 20 to 25 years. Candidates should not be born before 31 January 1999 and after 31 January 2004. SC and ST candidates will get relaxation of 5 years, OBC will get three years and disabled candidates will get 10 years. Those affected by the 1984 anti-Sikh riots will get a relaxation of five years in the upper age limit.

Educational qualification– Graduation degree in any subject from a recognized university. Knowledge of working on computer. Have good knowledge of regional language.

Age and qualification will be calculated from January 31, 2024.

salary

Stipend during training – Rs 5,000
Stipend during internship- Rs 15,000
Full time salary-. Rs 6,14,000- Rs 6,50,000

Selection Process- Online Test and Interview.

The online test exam will be of two hours in which 200 questions of 200 marks will be asked. There will be total four sections in the paper-
1. Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis and Interpretation (60 Questions)
2.English Language (40 questions)
3.Quantitative Aptitude (40 questions)
4. General/Economy/Banking Awareness (60 questions)
For wrong answers, one-fourth mark will be deducted.

The interview will be of 100 marks. The final merit list will be made on the basis of marks obtained in both written examination and interview.
