Bihar Niyojit Shikshak Chayan: The date of competency test has been released to the employed teachers. Detailed advertisement will be released on 26th January. Teachers and librarians appointed and working in primary, middle, secondary and higher secondary schools of the state by local bodies will appear in this examination. While filling the form, candidates will also have to give the option of three districts. District allotment will be done by Bihar School Examination Committee and school allotment department.

While filling the examination form, the teacher candidate will have to upload Aadhaar card, matriculation certificate, TET, CTET, STET pass certificate, training and educational certificate and appointment letter issued by the planning unit. QR code and bar code will be mentioned in the admit card. Thumb impression and iris verification will be done thrice. Original certificates will be checked once at the examination centre, second time at the time of counseling and third time at the time of school contribution. In case the admit card is lost, the teacher candidate will have to appear for the competency test again. Those teacher candidates who have to take the competency test can do online practice from 7:30 to 9:30 pm in the nearest Primary Teacher Training Institute, District Education and Training Institute, Teaching Training College. The competency test will be online. All questions will be multiple choice. 150 objective questions will be asked in the examination. Two hours 30 minutes will be given for this. Each question will be of one mark. There will be no negative marking. All the subjects taught as per the prescribed syllabus for primary, middle, secondary and higher secondary classes of the state will be included in the syllabus of the examination.

Supplementary result of second phase will not be released
Patna. Bihar Public Service Commission will not release the supplementary result of the examination conducted for the second phase of teacher appointment. The Education Department has written a letter to the Commission regarding this. The department has written in the letter that a letter was written to the commission on January 3 for supplementary result administration. Again on January 15, the department asked the Commission whether the supplementary results would be published or not. But, no reply has come yet. Here the successful candidates have received provisional appointment letters. The process of school allotment is going on.
