The revised schedule for recruitment will be released after the result of Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET). After this the recruitment process will be started for more than 30 thousand posts. For the first time, Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) has been conducted for recruitment to Group ‘C’ posts in UP.
Only the candidate who will appear in this exam can appear in the Mains exam. After the release of the PET result, the commission will ask for applications by issuing advertisements for the recruitment of Group C.
On the basis of PET score, candidates will be called for Mains Exam/Skill Test/Physical Efficiency Test in different recruitments.
It is clearly written in the notice, if a candidate does not appear in the PET, then he will not be eligible to appear in the main examination of the future recruitment examinations of the commission. 20,72,903 candidates had filled the application form for the UPSSSC PET 2021 exam.
