Patna High Court Recruitment 2023: Applications have been invited for recruitment of judges in Patna High Court. The application process for 30 District Judge posts will start from December 22. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of Patna High Court, patnahighcourt.gov.in. The last date for submission of application form is 20th January. The examination for the post of District Judge will be conducted on March 31, 2024.
Details of posts: Under this recruitment drive, 30 posts of District Judge will be filled.
Application fee: Candidates are required to pay Rs 1500 as examination fee. The application fee for SC, ST and OH candidates of Bihar is Rs 750.
Age Range: The age of the candidate should be between 35 to 50 years as on 1 January 2023.
Selection Process: The selection process will include written and oral examination.
Ability : Must have completed 7 years of practicing law. Apart from this, you will have to give a declaration stating that you have appeared in at least 24 cases every year in the last 3 years.
pay scale : Rs 51,550 per month to Rs 63,070 per month (House rent, DA, TA and other allowances will be given separately)
The selection of candidates for the posts of District Judge of Patna High Court will be based on screening test, written examination and interview. Theory paper will be given 80 percent weightage and viva-voce will be given 20 percent weightage. Only those who score at least 45 percent marks in the written examination will be called for interview.
