ICAI CA Exam New Dates: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the revised schedule for Chartered Accountancy examinations. Candidates going to appear in the examination should check the complete schedule on the official website www.icai.org.
As per the official notice, the Intermediate Course Exam Group I exam will be conducted on May 3, 5 and 9, 2024. Group II exam will be conducted on May 11, 15 and 17, 2024. Group I final examination will be held on May 2, 4 and 8, 2024 and Group II final examination will be held on May 10, 14 and 16, 2024. Whereas International Taxation-Assessment Test (INTT-AT) will be conducted on 14 and 16 May 2024. However, earlier also the examination was to be conducted in the month of May and in the new schedule released, the examination is going to be conducted in the month of May only. Let us tell you, on the same day the schedule of 18th Lok Sabha elections was announced, ICAI had postponed the CA Intermediate and Final Examination 2024, which were scheduled to be held in May. Along with this it was said that the new schedule of the examination will be released on the official website icai.org and icaiexams.icai.org on the evening of March 19. Candidates are advised to maintain patience, the dates will be known after some time.
Before the postponement of the exam, CA Final May Exam 2024 for Group 1 on 2, 4, 6 May, for Group 2 on 8, 10, 12 May and CA Inter Exam May 2024 for Group 1 and 2 from 3 to 13 May. Was to be held. Till now, CA Inter and Foundation exams were conducted twice a year by ICAI. It is mandatory to appear in these examinations to become a Chartered Accountant (CA). Students who have passed class 12th examination from any recognized institute can appear for CA Foundation exam.
The second stage after passing the CA Foundation exam is CA Intermediate. In CA Intermediate stage, there are two groups of four subjects each. After clearing the foundation, a student becomes eligible to apply for CA intermediate courses. Then after that CA final examination is conducted, which is the last stage of becoming a CA.
