GATE 2024 Result: Cut off marks may also be released along with the result, read important details

GATE 2024 Result: Institute of Science (IISc) Bengaluru will release the results of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2024 on March 16, 2024. Preparations for the release of results have reached the final stage. Candidates who appeared in the examination can check the result through the official website gate2024.iisc.ac.in, goaps.iisc.ac.in. Let us tell you, the scorecards will be released on March 23, 2024.

This year around 6.8 lakh candidates had applied for GATE exam. The examinations were conducted in two shifts on February 3, 4, 10 and 11, 2024, at multiple centers across the country. The first shift was conducted from 9.30 am to 12.30 noon and the second shift from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm.

Along with GATE results, Institute of Science (IISc) Bengaluru may also release the cut-off details. Let us tell you, the cut-off of GATE depends on many factors. Such as total number of candidates appeared, number of seats, previous year cut off, paper level etc. Let us tell you, on the basis of these, cut-off marks are released every year for different categories of candidates.

– GATE is a national level examination, conducted for those candidates who want to take admission in Master courses or Postgraduation Engineering (M.E./M.Tech) in top institutes of India such as IITs, NITs, IIITs etc.

– Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru had already released the response sheet for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2024 and released the answer key on 21st February, after which the candidates had to answer the question marks from 22nd February to 25th February. Permission was given to file objections between 2024. Let us tell you, the results are prepared only on the basis of review of the objections lodged.
