However, this year the salary package has been seven percent less than last year. According to the institute, there has been no impact on his top performance. The top 25 percent students here have received an annual package of Rs 18.2 lakh, top 50 percent have received Rs 16.6 lakh and top 75 percent have received an annual package of Rs 15.2 lakh. According to IIM data, the average salary of those who did MBA from here after doing engineering was Rs 14.6 lakh. Whereas the average salary of a non-engineer has been Rs 13.5 lakh.
