Stock Market Closing: The last trading session of February has closed on the rise and Nifty has closed near 22 thousand. Sensex trade closed with a gain of about 200 points.

BSE Sensex closed at 72,500 with a rise of 195.42 points or 0.27 percent. NSE's Nifty closed at the level of 21,982 with a gain of 31.65 points or 0.14 percent.

The market capitalization of companies listed on BSE has reached Rs 388.15 lakh crore, which was Rs 385.75 lakh crore after Wednesday's session.
