Jindal promised to marry her and raped her in January 2022. This incident took place in the penthouse built above the company's head office, Bandra-Kurla Complex.
Allegations were also made against the police
The woman has also accused the police of not listening. He claims that the police did not write his FIR for several months. Because of this he had to take refuge in the court. After the court order, Mumbai Police registered an FIR. The victim alleges that Jindal also subjected her to unnatural sexual exploitation.
