Rape Case: FIR against Sajjan Jindal for rape of heroine, Chairman of JSW Group said – made false allegations against me

Sajjan Jindal Rape Case: JSW Group Chairman and MD Sajjan Jindal is trapped in a rape case. A Mumbai actress has filed an FIR against him in a rape case. After the FIR was filed, a statement was issued on behalf of Sajjan Jindal calling the allegations false and baseless. He said that he will cooperate fully in the police investigation. At present he does not want to say anything more in this matter.

Meeted during IPL 

The woman has described herself as an actress in her social media profile. The woman has lodged an FIR at BKC police station in Mumbai. In this, the woman claimed that she met Sajjan Jindal in Dubai during the IPL in 2021. After this, both of them met in Jaipur during the wedding of MP Praful Patel's son. Jindal promised to marry her and raped her in January 2022. This incident took place in the penthouse built above the company's head office, Bandra-Kurla Complex. 

Allegations were also made against the police 

The woman has also accused the police of not listening. He claims that the police did not write his FIR for several months. Because of this he had to take refuge in the court. After the court order, Mumbai Police registered an FIR. The victim alleges that Jindal also subjected her to unnatural sexual exploitation. 

Despite being married, kept harassing 

The actress has alleged that Sajjan Jindal kept trying to get personal with her again and again. He also tried to kiss me but I refused. I had also proposed marriage to her. Even after the rape incident, I tried to remain friends with him but Jindal blocked my number. He also threatened to face consequences if he went to the police.
