Innova Captab IPO Listing: Flat listing of Innova Captab, investors did not get much profit

Innova Captab IPO Listing: Shares of Innova Captab have had a flat listing today and the investors who invested in it have not got much profit. Shares of Innova Captab are listed on BSE today at Rs 456.10. The issue price of its shares in IPO was Rs 448 per share. This means that investors have received a premium of about 2 percent on each share.

How much was the listing done on NSE

Innova Captab's IPO shares are listed on NSE at Rs 452.10 per share and this means that investors have got a profit of only Rs 4 per share on each share. This will be called flat listing.

The share opened at Rs 456.10 on BSE, up 1.80 per cent from the IPO price. However, later it jumped 16.29 percent to Rs 521.

Shares were listed on NSE at Rs 452.10 with a jump of 0.91 percent. Later it rose 16.07 percent to reach Rs 520. The market valuation of the company in early trading stood at Rs 2,880.99 crore. Innova Captab (IPO) received a response of 55.26 times on the last day of bidding on Tuesday.

The initial public offer included fresh equity shares worth up to Rs 320 crore and offer for sale of 5,580,357 shares. The price range for the IPO was Rs 426-448 per share. Innova Captab is an integrated medicine company. It has presence in different sectors of pharmaceuticals including research and development, manufacturing, drug distribution and export.

Special features of the IPO of health care company Innova Captab

Innova Captab's Rs 570 crore IPO was opened between December 21 and December 26. The face value of each share of IPO is Rs 10. The company had imposed a condition on investors to buy a minimum lot of 33 shares and retail investors could bid for a maximum of 13 lots i.e. a total of 429 shares.
