Indian Stock Market Closing On 3 August 2023: The second consecutive trading session this week has proved extremely disappointing for the investors of the Indian stock market. After the opening of the European markets, once again in the afternoon, all-round selling was seen in the Indian markets. Sensex fell around 800 and Nifty fell by 230 points. At the close of the market, the BSE Sensex fell by 542 points to 65,240 and the National Stock Exchange’s Nifty fell by 145 points to close at 19,381 points.
