Holi Special Trains: Good chance to get confirmed ticket! Indian Railways will run 196 Holi special trains on these routes

Indian Railways: Many people are still waiting for confirmed tickets to go home on Holi. In such a situation, the Railways has given a big relief to these passengers. Railways has informed on Monday that 196 special trains or 491 trips will be run during Holi to reduce the crowd. 

The national transporter said on Monday that these special trains will run in different- Will be run for different routes. In an official statement from the Ministry of Railways, it has been said that in this festive season of Holi, 491 ferros of 196 special trains have been started by Indian Railways for the convenience of railway passengers and to remove the crowd. Out of this, some trains will be run and some trains will be operated. 

For which routes these trains will be run 

Indian Railways across the country like Delhi-Patna, Delhi-Bhagalpur, Delhi-Muzaffarpur, Delhi-Saharsa, Gorakhpur-Mumbai, Kolkata-Puri, Guwahati-Ranchi, New Delhi-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra, Jaipur-Bandra Terminus, Pune-Danapur etc. Special trains have been planned to connect major destinations. 

Entry getting in queue 

As per ANI report, There is a huge crowd of people going home on Holi. In such a situation, entry is being given to the people in the queue under the supervision of RPF employees at the terminus stations, so that the reserved passengers can get confirmed seats. Additional RPF personnel have been deployed at major stations for the safety of passengers. At the same time officers have also been deployed.  

How are other arrangements 

Employees have been deployed in many parts to deal with any kind of hindrance in train service. The ministry said that measures have been taken for timely announcement of arrival and departure of trains with platform numbers on a consistent basis. This time the festival of Holi will be celebrated on March 7 and 8.
