Go Fashion Shares Bumper Listing: Go Fashion (India) has created a buzz as soon as it entered the stock market. Today the bumper listing of its shares has made its investors 
sitting on tremendous profits on the very first day itself. Shares of Go Fashion are listed today at Rs 1316 and in its entry or debut trade itself, the share of Go Fashion had reached a gain of more than 90 percent. Shares of Go Fashion opened at Rs 1316 against the issue price of Rs 690, which means that investors got a profit of 90.72 per cent as listing gain.

Go Fashion’s shares opened today at Rs 1316 with a premium of 90.72 per cent on BSE and 89.85 per cent i.e. Rs 1310 on NSE. However, in the initial trade, there was some decline in its stock and fell more than 4 percent from the rate of listing. 

Know about Go Fashion Company’s IPO
Go Fashion India Limited’s IPO of Rs 1014 crore was open between November 17 and November 22. The company had fixed a price band of Rs 655-690 per share for the IPO. Its shares were trading at Rs 500 in the gray market, which was 70 per cent higher than the issue price and it was already expected that it would be listed at a good premium. The company had planned to raise Rs 1014 crore through allotment of fresh shares and offer for sale.

Go Fashion IPO was subscribed 135.46 times
Go Fashion (India) IPO received a great response from investors and was subscribed more than 135 times. In this, the share of QIBs was subscribed 100 times, the share of NII was 262 times and the share of retail investors was subscribed 49 times. That is, overall this IPO got huge oversubscription and it was subscribed 135.46 times.

The company is in the business of retail sales with the production, designing and sourcing of a range of ladies bottom wear products under the brand name of GO COLORS. The company plans that through the money raised from the IPO, it will open 120 brand outlets and this target can be fulfilled through the bumper listing of the shares of the IPO.
