The average flat size in NCR was 1,375 square feet in 2022, which will increase to 1,890 square feet in 2023. The largest houses owned by people in Hyderabad
Look at the current average size of houses. Among the seven big cities, big houses are being liked the most in Hyderabad. Currently the average size of houses in Hyderabad is 2,300 square feet. After that, NCR is at second place with 1,890 square feet. The average size in Bengaluru is 1,484 square feet, while in Chennai it is 1,260 square feet. Same decline in Mumbai and Kolkata
