Robbery on Dhandhuka-Bagodra highway, couple reveals incident

Ahmedabad: The investigation into the recent robbery of a couple in a car on the Dhandhuka-Bagodra highway has revealed that the complainant had fabricated the entire robbery. The carjacking money was used to recover damages from the business, which led to the robbery. The plaintiff’s friend took his car and mobile phone. He confessed to the police that he had the stolen jewelery.

According to information received, plaintiff Shashankgiri Goswami along with his wife Veenabahen left Ahmedabad for Bhavnagar on November 12 on Dhandhuka Bagodra Highway in Dhandhuka police station area. He parked his car on the highway between Dhandhuka and Phedra to get water. Then 3 strangers came there with bikes and showed the knife to Shashankagiri and robbed him of his mobile, cash, gold cord, earring, ring and car and fled. A complaint was lodged with the police.

Considering the seriousness of the robbery, District Police Officer Virendrasinh Yadav had instructed to arrest the accused. Separate teams of Dhandhuka police station staff were deployed to investigate the case. In which two teams were instructed to check at Rajkot and other teams at Ahmedabad.

Meanwhile, the plaintiff in the case was interrogated by Shashankgiri and he collapsed and the other traders did not pay for the goods he had given to the business. He asserted that his confession had been obtained through torture, and that his confession had been obtained through torture. The plaintiff and his wife Veenabahen and friend Hiteshbhai all carried out the incident together.

According to plaintiff Shashankagiri, Hiteshbhai was taken away along with his car and mobile phone. When the gold jewelery and cash mentioned in the complaint were found in his house, all the items were seized from his house. The looted vehicle and mobile phone belonging to Haribhai, a resident of Hiteshbhai Bhavnagar, have also been seized. They have been prosecuted for giving false information to the police.
