To turn on the audio and video call feature, first of all you have to go to Settings and go to Privacy and Safety option. Here you have to click on the direct message and turn on the option of audio and video calling. If this feature is live on your account then it will start showing you, otherwise you will have to wait a little more, as soon as you turn on this feature, you will also be able to decide who can call you. In fact, you can limit audio and video calls to only contacts, or people you follow, or people who are verified.
