WhatsApp Upcoming Feature: Social media giant WhatsApp is working on a new feature. The company has more than 2 billion users worldwide. To reach and improve the user experience, the company updates and changes the app from time to time. Meanwhile, the company is working on a new feature which is currently available to some beta testers. Actually, WhatsApp is going to provide 2 new options under the status tab to set the status in the app. Presently what happens is that to set the status, we have to go to the status tab and click on the camera icon and then we are able to set the status. We get this option at the bottom.
In the new update, the company is going to provide two new options inside the status tab where users will get to see a camera icon and a pencil button in the top right. From here you will be able to easily set the status. If you want to insert any media file then you have to click on the camera icon and if you want to share any text then you have to click on the pencil button. Through the new update, the company is going to make the experience of sharing status easier and better. Currently, this update is available with some beta testers, which the company can roll out for everyone in the coming time.
