About 6200 crore new investment in petroleum sector

ACS Dr. Subodh Aggarwal said that Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot laid emphasis on maximum investment in the state. In this sequence, continuous coordination and monitoring was done by the department to bring new investments as well as to bring them on the ground during Invest Rajasthan. The result was that the four investors started work immediately. Dr. Aggarwal said that the maximum investment in the petroleum sector is being made by Cairn Vedanta. Till now exploration and other development works are being done in PML and PEL blocks in Barmer and Jalore districts against the investment agreement of 20 thousand crores. Out of this, works worth Rs 5671 crore have been done.
