Pune: Kiran Gosavi, the chief arbitrator in the much-talked-about drugs party case, is facing increasing difficulties. A third case has now been registered against him in Pune. A case has come to light in which Kiran Gosavi threatened a young man who went to ask for money back. A case has been registered against Kiran Gosavi, his accomplice and Kiran Gosavi’s owner at the Wanwadi police station. A 48-year-old man has lodged a complaint in this regard.
Kiran Gosavi lured the person concerned to get a job abroad. He was also given a false promise of a salary of Rs 55,000. A total of Rs 1 lakh 45 thousand was taken from the plaintiff to get visa, hotel booking and other facilities. But he did not get a job. It made it difficult for them to go abroad.
The plaintiff then went to Kiran Gosavi’s office to demand a refund and threatened him with a pistol. The incident is reported to have taken place between November 2018 and 2021. & nbsp;
Kiran Gosavi is currently in the custody of Pune Police. He has previously been charged with two counts of fraud and has been remanded in police custody for eight days. There are criminal cases against Kiran Gosavi in Thane, Kalwa, Andheri, Palghar and many other police stations.
Pune police have claimed that Kiran Gosavi did not surrender and we have arrested him on the basis of our intelligence. Prabhakar Sail is the arbitrator in the Mumbai Cruise Drug Case in which Aryan Khan has been arrested. Kiran Gosavi, who is the second umpire, is also the bodyguard. Kiran Gosavi has been on the run since Prabhakar Sail made a secret statement to the media.
