Kiran Gosavi lured the person concerned to get a job abroad. He was also given a false promise of a salary of Rs 55,000. A total of Rs 1 lakh 45 thousand was taken from the plaintiff to get visa, hotel booking and other facilities. But he did not get a job. It made it difficult for them to go abroad.

The plaintiff then went to Kiran Gosavi’s office to demand a refund and threatened him with a pistol. The incident is reported to have taken place between November 2018 and 2021. & nbsp;
