Potassium, folate, vitamin C and other nutrients improve heart health. The anti-oxidants in tomato protect against cellular damage. Reduces the risk of chronic cardiovascular diseases. Heart patients should consume tomatoes in a balanced diet.

Symptoms of high blood pressure

According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, high blood pressure has no specific symptoms. That is why it is called silent killer. To detect this, BP should be checked. However, people with high BP will definitely see problems like lethargy and body sweating.

To control high BP.. these changes should be made in yourself:
