Use broad-spectrum sun‌screen‌:

Sunscreen should be used regularly to protect our skin from the sun. Choose a spectrum sunscreen that protects against UVA and UVB rays with an SPF of 30 or higher. Apply sunscreen to your skin half an hour before going out in the sun. Sunscreen should be applied every two hours. 

Be careful at this time

The time between 10 am and 4 pm is called peak hours. Stay away from sunlight during this time. Avoid going out during this time as much as possible. If you have to go, it is better to wear an umbrella, a hat and long-sleeved clothes. 

Wear cotton clothing:

Wear loose, light-colored clothing to protect the skin from harmful UV rays. It is especially good to wear cotton clothes. Don't forget to cover sensitive areas like face, neck, eyes with sunglasses and wide brimmed hat. Drink plenty of water. Water keeps you hydrated. Because sunlight leads to dehydration and heat-related illnesses.

Antioxidants should be used:

Antioxidants like vitamin C and vitamin E play a vital role in combating free radicals generated by UV radiation. Include skin care products with antioxidants in your daily routine to help combat oxidative stress caused by sun exposure. It is good to use serums, moisturizers and sunscreens rich in antioxidants.
