Summer Foods : Summers are on fire. Day temperatures are recorded above 43 degrees. Your body becomes sluggish in the rising temperatures of this summer. Dehydration is caused by not having enough water. Excessive heat can suffocate you. So in summer, you should include foods that keep your body cool, especially the stomach, in your diet. Because the food we eat in summer plays a vital role in keeping us healthy. Increases our immunity. Prevents many diseases that spread in summer. There is a possibility of facing health problems like diarrhoea, fever, skin diseases, dehydration, eye infections, nausea, fatigue, lung diseases, allergies, sunburn. Eat easily digestible foods during these times. Make sure that your regular diet includes porridge, fruits, vegetables and greens. It is better to eat small amounts of food to improve digestion. These are the foods you should definitely include in your summer diet:

⦿ Vitamin C rich oranges, grapes, lemons, pineapples, watermelon, mangoes, strawberries Fruits like bananas should be taken regularly.
⦿ Bananas keep the body cool in summer. , vegetables like ash gourd, snake gourd, ivy gourd, beans, carrot should be consumed daily. Lemon juice made with a little salt and sugar can be sipped throughout the day. It removes fatigue and refreshes the body.
⦿ Drink plenty of lukewarm water. Warm water improves digestion. Prevents skin dryness.
⦿ Yogurt, fresh fruit juices, buttermilk, tender coconut water, rice water can also be consumed in summer.
