Method of preparation

First wash onion, green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and coriander and finely grate them. Now take the oats in the mixer and grind them. Take the batter prepared like this in a mixing bowl. Add rice flour and rava to it and mix well. Now add curd to it and mix well. If you take some sour curd in it, it will be good. Now add enough water to it and prepare it like dosa batter. You can also use curd instead of water.

Knead the dough until it becomes smooth without any lumps. Now add finely chopped onion, ginger, green chillies, coriander and curry leaves and mix well. Prepare this batter by adding cumin, chilli, salt and grated fresh coconut. Now keep this mixture aside for ten to fifteen minutes. After ten minutes remove the batter and adjust the water. Because oat flour absorbs water. If the flour is like dosa batter, the doshas will come out well.

Light the stove and place a non-stick dosa pan on it. Apply oil to it.. apply flour well.. pour doshas. Do not add the flour all at once, little by little. Doing this will make the dosha more crispy. After making the dosa, add oil and roast it. Once one side turns golden, flip it to the other side. Take this cooked in a plate. Do the same with the rest of the batter. That's it, hot and tasty, crispy oats doshas are ready. These can be drizzled with chutney of your choice. Especially chutney made with palli is a perfect combination for this. They taste good even after the heat is reduced.
