To marinate the chicken
To marinate the chicken, add turmeric and wash it well. Now take the chicken in a bowl. Add two spoons of pre-made masa to it. Add salt, turmeric, curd, butter and mix well. In it, lemon juice and flour should be mixed again by hand so that all the spices are mixed well. If you plan this ahead you can marinate the biryani the night before you want to make it. No means marinate the chicken for at least an hour. Rice should also be soaked for an hour before.

Preparation Method
First cut onions and green chillies into long pieces. Two onions and 4 green chillies should be used for chicken preparation. The rest can be used for biryani. Light the stove and put a kadai to prepare the chicken. Add some ghee and oil to it and add four green chillies and onions. After they are cooked, add the marinated chicken and stir well. After that cover the chicken and let it cook. Make sure that 80 percent of the chicken is cooked, not whole. Make sure that the chicken is not cooked completely.
Now light the stove and place a biryani vessel and add ghee and oil in it. Add cashews to it and after roasting, add onions, green chillies, cloves, biryani leaves, ananas flower, Marathi buds, cardamom and cinnamon and fry well. Add three spoons of the pre-prepared masala to it and mix well. The better the masala is fried, the tastier the palau is. Now add 5 glasses of water in it. Two glasses or two and half glasses of water can be added to 1 glass of rice. Add salt, coriander and mint to it and mix well.
After the water boils well, add the soaked rice and mix well. After the rice is cooked, add the previously prepared chicken mixture to it and mix well. The water should be mixed on the stove till all the water is absorbed. After the water is gone, light the stove and put a pan on it.. put the flame in the sim.. put this biryani vessel on it and cook it for 15 minutes and the hot chicken pulao is ready.
