For this they should be given foods that enhance memory. Eating certain types of foods daily can have a positive effect on memory, researchers say. Feeding some special foods every day can improve their concentration and memory. Red grapes, blue and purple berries are excellent for improving memory. If children drink the juice extracted from these on a daily basis, there is a possibility of improving their memory. It also works well for elderly people suffering from Alzheimer’s. In one study, older adults were given one glass of grape or berry juice per day for 12 weeks. They were given these juices for 12 weeks. Researchers have found that their memory has increased.

Children also enjoy these fruits. A study found that feeding them fresh blueberries boosted their brain function. Remember more things. Because of that, education is good. Grapes and berries are rich in memory boosting properties. They are rich in polyphenols called anthocyanins. It is because of them that these fruits get that dark color.  They provide plenty of nutrients and oxygen to the brain, due to which the brain works actively. Nerves are stimulated. 

Make sure you never skip breakfast in the morning. It helps in normal metabolism throughout the day. Studies also show that it helps to increase memory and concentration. A study also revealed that people who eat breakfast regularly do better in studies. Eating fatty fish is also important. That fat is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids. These contribute to brain health. Eating omega 3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s and stroke. They improve memory and concentration. Experts suggest eating fish at least two to three times a week. 

Almonds, cashews, pistachios, raisins, and walnuts should also be fed to children daily. These also contain omega 3 fatty acids. Along with them, nutrients like selenium, manganese and copper are available. All these are essential for proper functioning of nerves. They also improve mood. Increases concentration.

Children should be fed other foods along with these fruit juices. Brown rice is not only good for adults but also for children. Improves heart and brain function. If the blood circulation goes well, the brain works actively. So brown rice should be fed to children as well. Don’t forget to feed the egg daily. It contains the nutrient choline. It increases comprehension. It helps in the production of serotonin hormone in the brain. Serotonin improves mood. This also increases concentration.
