Ingredients of Chilli Garlic Paneer

200 grams paneer
2 green chilies
2 tsp chili garlic paste
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp kasoori methi powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp virgin olive oil
8 cloves garlic
1/4 cup curd (yogurt)
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp dried mango powder Powder
1 tsp red chili powder
Salt as required

How to make Chilli Garlic Paneer

Step 1- Prepare the Marinade

Take a bowl. Add curd, lemon juice, chilli garlic paste, garam masala, coriander powder, dried mango powder, kasoori methi, red chilli powder and salt as per taste. Give a good mix to prepare a thick marinade.

Step 2- Marinate the paneer

Cut the paneer into small cubes and add them to the prepared marinade. Mix well to coat all the cubes well. Keep them aside for 10 minutes.

Step 3- Fry the paneer pieces

Now take a non stick griddle or pan. Add olive oil to it and let it heat up. Add finely chopped garlic and green chillies. Cover the pan with a lid and keep the flame low so that the oil absorbs the flavor and aroma of garlic and chillies. After a few minutes put all the paneer cubes in the pan one by one. Cover with a lid and let them cook on low-medium heat. Keep in mind that you cook this dish on low flame to give it the right texture. Toss and turn to cook the paneer from all sides.

Step 4- Ready to serve
