Carrot Walnut Burfi : Carrot Walnut Burfi for New Year.. can be made easily at home

New Year Special Sweet Recipe: If you want to try tasty sweets during New Year or during festivals, you can make tasty tasty carrot walnut barfi at home. Moreover, the demand for homemade sweets is quite high. Your craze will also increase a bit in relatives. But how to make it? Now let's know what are the required ingredients. 

Ingredients

Carrots – 500 grams

Milk – 1 cup

Ghee – 3 tbsp 

Saffron – a little

Walnuts – 3/4 cup

Milk powder – 1/4 cup< /p>

Cardamoms – 4

Dried coconut – 2 tbsp

Panchadara – 1/4 cup

Walnuts – 1/4 cup (chopped for garnish )

Preparation..

First wash the carrots well and remove the skin. Then cut them into pieces. Now take them in a bowl and boil them in two tablespoons of cream milk. Do not add more milk in it. Now you can grate them finely. Now cover an 8×8 cake tin with butter paper. 

Now light the stove and place a thick bottomed kadai or pan on it. Add two tablespoons of ghee to it. After it gets hot, add carrot grater.. mix well. Cover and cook on medium flame till the carrot loses its moisture. Now add remaining milk and saffron to it and mix well. Cover and cook on low flame till the carrots absorb all the milk. 

While the carrots are cooking, mix walnuts, milk powder, cardamom and coconut powder together. After absorbing the carrot milk, add sugar without leaving the carrots water and mix well. Cook on low to medium flame until all the sugar water dries up. Now add the prepared walnut powder mixture and mix well. Add a tablespoon of ghee to it and cook for another five minutes until the mixture thickens. Finally add the chopped walnuts and mix well. 

Place the prepared carrot mixture in the prepared cake tin. Make it equal. Keep it in the fridge for two to three hours. Then take it out and cut it into barfi pieces. Garnish it and it can be pulled comfortably. If your kids don't eat carrots, you can make them yourself and feed them at home. A little patience is enough.. you can make tasty tasty sweet.
