Breakfast Recipes with Bread : Many people use brown bread while on a diet. But eating them directly on a daily basis is a bit difficult. So let's see what recipes can be made with bread while on a diet. But do not think that this will lose the nutrients in them. Besides breads you can add more nutrients through these recipes. But the recipe now does not require a stove. Even if another recipe is cooked.. it will not take much time. So you can happily prepare it as breakfast in the morning. Ingredients required for making bread sandwich

Bread – 4

Yurd – 2 spoons


Cabbage – 2 spoons

Capsicum – 1

Pepper – to taste

Salt – to taste

Paneer – 1 tsp

Keeradosa – 1

Lettuce – Few

Preparation Method

First add capsicum, cabbage Wash and cut into pieces. Now cut the sides of the bread and keep it aside. Take a mixing bowl and add paneer, cabbage, capsicum and curd and mix well. Add pepper and salt to it and mix well. Now take the bread.. apply this mix on the bread.. put lettuce and keeradosa pieces on the other bread.. cover one with the other. If you cut it in half.. a tasty sandwich is ready. You can eat it immediately. Or you can prepare it as a healthy snack and take it to school, college or office. >

Oil – 1 Tablespoon

Mustard – 1 Teaspoon

Agave – Half Teaspoon

Curry – 1 Rebba

Green Chilli – 2

Onions – 1

Capsicum -1

Tomatoes – 2

Yellow – half teaspoon

Chilli – 1 tsp

Salt – enough

Grated coriander – 2 tsp 

Savage – for garnish

Preparation Method

First cut the bread into small cubes. Wash the onion, green chillies and capsicum well and grate them into small pieces. Now light the stove and put a pan and add oil in it. When it gets hot, add mustard seeds.. Add asafoetida in it too. After that add curry leaves, add green chillies and onions and fry. After they are cooked a bit, add finely grated capsicum and mix well. Simmer for two minutes. Add tomato slices and let it cook. Add turmeric, chilli and salt and mix well and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. At the end add bread pieces.. mix well cover and cook for 4 minutes. Finally garnish with coriander and save..
