UPPSC UPPCS 2023: UP PCS exam notification released, you can apply in these easy steps

UPPSC UPPCS 2023 Exam Notification: On behalf of Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC), the detailed recruitment advertisement of State Combined State / Senior Subordinate Service (PCS) 2023 was released today on the website of the Commission uppsc.up.ni.in. Candidates can now apply for UPPCS preliminary exam 2023 on the website of the commission. According to the information released a day before by the Public Service Commission, online applications for PCS preliminary examination 2023 will start from 03 March 2023 and the last date for application is 6 April 2023.

UPPCS Exam 2023 (Preliminary) Date:

According to the examination calendar-2022-23 released on the website of UPPSC, the PCS preliminary examination 2023 is likely to be conducted on 14 May 2023.

Application Qualification –

To appear in the UPPCS exam 2023, the candidate must have acquired a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institute or university. For more details please see the full notification.

Application fee – 125 rupees.

21 to 40 years. Reserved category will also get relaxation as per rules.

1- Go to the website of the Commission uppsc.up.ni.in.
2- Go to the link All Notifications/Advertisements showing the home page post.
3- Now download the detailed recruitment advertisement and read all the aspects carefully.
4- Read the application instructions.
5- Click on the Apply Online tab next to the notification.
6- After reading all the instructions, go ahead by clicking on I Agree and get your registration done.
7- Now fill the application form.
8- Deposit the application fee and submit the completed application.
9- Print out the application and print out the receipt and keep it safe.

Reduction in the number of vacancies:

According to UPPSC, this time advertisement will be issued only for a total of 173 vacancies of SDM, DSP and other posts. That is, this time the competition between the competing candidates will be twice as tough as compared to previous years. A total of 250 vacancies were announced for PCS 2022 which was later increased to 383. Around 6 lakh candidates had applied for the preliminary exam of UPPCS 2022. Similarly in 2021 the total number of vacancies was 400 and till the final selection process more than 600 candidates were selected.
