UP Police Recruitment: Good news for women, more than 12700 vacancies will be released

There is going to be a huge increase in the number of women constables in UP Police. The recruitment process of the first women battalion in UP can start this month. The government has given permission for recruitment in one of the three women battalions of PAC. In the first phase, the state government is expected to announce recruitment for more than 700 posts. This recruitment can be announced any time in the month of December or January. Apart from this, recruitment notification for 60 thousand posts in UP Police can be issued any time. According to the announcement of UP government, 20 percent posts i.e. 12 thousand posts will be reserved for women. According to the report, UP Police 60000 recruitment notification can also be released any time in December or January.

According to the report of Times of India, the application process for constable recruitment can start before the Lok Sabha elections. Apart from 60 thousand constable recruitment, UP Police Recruitment Board can also recruit 25000 more posts. In these 25 thousand posts, there will be posts of Sub Inspector, Jail Warden, PAC, Constable, Fireman, Mountain Corps and Special Security Force (SSF) etc.

What did the DG of UP Police Recruitment Board say?

UP Police Recruitment and Promotion Board DG Renuka Mishra said that in compliance with the announcement of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the process of direct recruitment to 60,244 posts of Constable Civil Police is going to start within a week. Besides, recruitment will also be done in some other cadres.

Let us tell you that earlier the recruitment was to be done on 52,699 posts, but after including some other proposals sent by the DGP Headquarters, their number has increased to 60,244.
