UP Police Constable Vacancy 2023: The online application link for 60244 constable vacancies in UP Police has been activated on the official website uppbpb.gov.in. The last date to apply is 16 January 2024. The last date for depositing fees and amending the application is January 18, 2024. It is estimated that 32 lakh applications will be received in this much awaited recruitment after the year 2018. Understand the dilemma of DigiLocker
This time the initial verification of documents will be done through DigiLocker. While filling the form, candidates will have to scan and upload only those documents which are not available on DigiLocker. Many documents including educational ones are already uploaded on DigiLocker. Candidates who do not have a login password on DigiLocker should create it. Candidates will have to upload the documents like educational, reservation related, age relaxation related and all other certificates attached with their application form, which are available on DigiLocker, through DigiLocker only. Scan and upload the documents which are not on DigiLocker. By doing this, the UP Police form will be linked to your DigiLocker account.
OTR
Candidates should not be confused about OTR. There is no mention of OTR in the notification. It is not mentioned at all. Whereas a few days ago, UP Police Recruitment Board had issued a notice saying that the candidates will have to fill OTR for the upcoming recruitments of UP Police. It was said that without filling OTR, no candidate will be able to apply for any recruitment. But OTR is not to be filled in this 60 thousand constable recruitment.
