RPF Recruitment 2024: Applications for 4,660 posts of constable and sub inspector will start from tomorrow.

RPF Recruitment 2024: Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced jobs for the posts of Sub Inspector and Constable in Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Railway Protection Special Force (RPSF). Now the candidates who want to apply for these posts, let them know that the process is starting from 15th April i.e. tomorrow and the last date to fill the form is 14th May. To fill the form, one has to visit the official website rpf.indianrailways.gov.in.

Let us tell you, a total of 4,660 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment drive. In which 4,208 posts are for constable and the remaining 452 posts are for sub inspector.

Educational qualification

Sub Inspector- Candidates who have graduation degree from any recognized institute can apply.

Constable- Candidates must have passed 10th with certificate from a recognized board.

age limit

Sub Inspector- Age limit should be between 20 to 28 years.

Constable-Candidates age should be between 18 to 28 years.

application fees

The application fee for SC, ST, Ex-Service Man, Women, Minority or Economically Backward Class (EBC) candidates is Rs 250. Let us tell you that after appearing in CBT, Rs 250 will be refunded. General category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 500, Rs 400 will be refunded to them after appearing in CBT.

salary

Sub-Inspector Posts: Starting salary will be Rs 35,400.
Constable: Starting salary will be Rs 21,700.

Know about the selection process

Candidates who are applying for this recruitment will first have to appear in the Online Computer Based Test (CBT). Then the candidates who are successful in CBT will be shortlisted. For which they will have to appear in physical test and documents verification. Please note that ex-servicemen will not be required to appear in the physical test.
