NIA has recruited 119 posts of Inspector, Sub-Inspector, Assistant Sub Inspector and Head Constable. Let us tell you, the last date for submission of application is 60 days after the release of the notification. The notification for recruitment was issued on 22 January. According to the notification, there are 43 posts for Inspector, 51 posts for Sub-Inspector, 13 posts for Assistant Sub-Inspector and 12 posts for Head Constable.

Educational qualification

Inspector, Sub-Inspector- Candidates who have graduation degree from any recognized institute and should have at least two years of experience in Criminal Case, Intelligence Work, Operations, Information Technology or Anti Terrorism.

Assistant Sub Inspector – Graduation degree with five years regular service. Must have at least two years experience in criminal case or intelligence work.

Head Constable – 12th class pass from any recognized institute. Along with this, one should have experience of working in Central or State Police Organization, Government Intelligence Agency.

Inspector: Salary ranging from Rs 9300 to Rs 34800 will be given under Pay Matrix Level-7.

Sub-Inspector: Salary ranging from Rs 35400 to Rs 112400 will be given under Pay Matrix Level-6.

Assistant Sub Inspector: Salary ranging from Rs 29200 to Rs 92300 will be given under Pay Matrix Level-5.

Head Constable- Under Pay Matrix Level-4, salary ranging from Rs 25500 to Rs 81700 will be given.
