To join Agniveer Recruitment in Indian Army, the age of the candidate should be between 17.5 to 21 years. The applying candidate must have passed class 10th from any recognized institute. Talking about physical eligibility, for General Duty, Technical and Tradesman posts, height should be 170 cms and for Clerk Storekeeper, height should be 162 cms. Along with this, the width of the chest should be 77 centimeters and its expansion should be at least 5 centimeters. This rule is for male candidates.
In the Physical Efficiency Test, the candidate will have to run 1.6 km in 5 minutes and 30 seconds. Apart from this, they will also have to do 10 pull-ups, 9 feet jump and zig-zag balancing. After clearing all these stages, candidates are given marks.
Agniveer Recruitment in Air Force
For Air Force Agniveer Recruitment, the age of the candidates should be between 17.5 to 21 years. Candidates who have passed class 12th with Science stream or Arts subjects with at least 50 percent marks can apply for this recruitment. The height of male candidates applying should be 152.5 cms and the height of female candidates should be 152 cms. For male candidates, chest expansion should be at least 5 cm. To clear the physical test, men will have to run 1.6 km in 7 minutes. Women will have to run 1.6 km in 8 minutes. Male candidates will have to do 10 pushups in 1 minute, 10 situps in 1 minute and 20 squats in 1 minute. Whereas female candidates will have to do 10 situps in one minute and 15 squats in one minute.

First of all, let the candidates know that Agniveer is recruited for two posts in the Indian Navy. First Agniveer SSR, i.e. Senior Secondary Recruitment and second Agniveer MR, i.e. Matriculation Recruitment.
Candidates who have passed class 12th examination with Mathematics and Physics subjects can apply for Agniveer SSR in Naval Agniveer Recruitment. Whereas candidates who have passed class 10th examination from any recognized institute can apply for Agniveer MR.
