New India Assurance Company Limited has invited online applications to fill around 450 vacancies of Engineers and other posts. Eligible candidates can submit the application by visiting the official website of New India Assurance Company Limited newindia.co.in and getting their online registration done by August 21. To fill other posts like Automobile Engineer, Legal Officer and IT Specialist, applications have been invited for a total of 450 posts. The first round of online examination for these posts will be conducted on September 9, which will be based on objective type questions. Whereas, the second round will be held on October 8, in which both objective and descriptive questions can come.

minimum qualification
Risk Engineer: Eligible candidates must have minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD) in graduation or post-graduation in any discipline engineering.
Automobile Engineer: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Automobile Engineering with at least 60% (55% for SC/ST/PWBD) marks. Or Graduation or Post-Graduation in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST/PWBD) with at least one year Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
Legal Officer: Graduation or Post-Graduation in Law with at least 60% (55% for SC/ST/PWBD) marks.
Accountant: Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and Graduation or Post-Graduation in any discipline with 60% or more (55% for SC/ST/PWBD) marks.
AO (Health): MBBS/MD/MS or PG-Medical Degree or BDS/MDS or BAMS/BHMS (Graduation or Post-Graduation) qualification with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD candidates) Marks) or equivalent foreign degree recognized by the National Medical Commission, Dental Council of India, National Commission. Indian System of Medicine, National Commission for Homeopathy should be in line with the prescribed benchmark.
Apart from this, the candidate must have valid registration proof on the day of interview.
IT Specialist: BE/B.Tech/ME/MTech or MCA degree in IT or Computer Science with at least 60% (55% for SC/ST/PWBD) marks.
